摘要
目的探讨闭合性胰腺损伤多层螺旋CT表现及其在胰腺损伤诊断中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院经手术证实的15例闭合性胰腺损伤的CT表现,全部病例均行多层螺旋CT平扫。结果 15例胰腺损伤中,手术探查证实胰腺挫伤6例,裂伤9例;CT检查明确提示胰腺损伤12例,漏诊3例。结论螺旋CT扫描是诊断闭合性胰腺损伤的重要检查方法。
Objective To study the clinical value of multi-slice （MS） CT for diagnosing blunt pancreatic trauma. Methods Unenhanced CT of 15 patients with surgically proven pancreatic contusion （6） and laceration （9） were retrospectively analyzed. Results The abdominal CT demonstrated pancreatic trauma in 12/15 patients. Conclusion MSCT is the first investigation of choice for blunt pancreatic trauma.
