摘要 肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A对维持肺的正常功能至关重要,近年来相关研究已受到广泛关注。本文基于法医学实践需要,对肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A与肺损伤的关系以及法医病理学的应用研究进展进行了综述,并对肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A在溺水导致肺功能障碍、肺泡损伤、急性呼吸窘迫或窒息等相关研究中应用的前景进行了展望。 Surfactant protein-A (SP-A) plays an important role in maintaining normal pulmonary function. Extensive attention has been focussed on the advances in studies on SP-A. In terms of the practice for forensic science, the association between SP-A and pulmonary injury is discussed in this article with summary of its applicability in forensic pathology. Prospectives is also addressed on the roles of SP-A in pulmonary dysfunction, alveolar injury, acute respiratory distress or asphyxia caused by drowning.
