mTOR信号通路与癫痫 被引量:7

摘要 越来越多的证据表明哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路在癫痫的发病机制中扮演了重要角色。本文通过综述mTOR信号通路参与蛋白质合成、细胞凋亡、自噬、胶质增生、炎症、突触可塑性等病理生理过程,阐述mTOR信号通路致痫的可能分子机制。从遗传性疾病如TSC、PMSE,散发性疾病FCD、GG到获得性癫痫mTOR信号通路均异常激活,从另一个方面提示mTOR信号通路参与了癫痫的发病。然而,mTOR信号通路与癫痫的研究还处在初步阶段,有待于进一步的探讨。
