NOX2与中枢神经系统关系的研究进展

摘要 NOX2是NADPH氧化酶的一个亚型,通过质膜传递电子,产生活性氧,从而发挥着各种生理和病理作用。NOX2与神经细胞的发育、增殖、活化、凋亡等过程密切相关,在中枢神经系统中各种疾病的发生、发展中具有重要作用,通过抑制NOX2,减少活性氧,可有效防治神经系统疾病。本文对NOX2在神经系统中的生理及病理作用的研究进展进行了阐述。
