摘要
骨内脂肪瘤(IOL)是一种较少见的原发性良性骨肿瘤,常被误诊,现以我科诊治的1例左侧股骨IOL为基础,对IOL的主要临床表现和影像学特点进行总结分析,进一步阐述IOL的发病机制、诊断、治疗及康复等相关特点,为临床诊断提供必要的理论和临床参考。
Intraosseous Lipoma（IOL） is a kind of rare primary benign bone tumor which is often misdiagnosed by the clinical doctors.Based on one IOL case being treated in our department,we summarized the main clinical manifestation and radiographic features of IOL and further discussed some related characteristics of IOL such as the pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation and so on,so as to provide necessary theory and clinical reference for clinical diagnosis.
