食管癌化疗患者抗氧化功能与免疫功能的关系研究 被引量:4

Relationship between Antioxidant Ability and Immunological Function during Chemotherapy Treatment for Human Esophageal Cancer

摘要 目的探讨食管癌化疗患者脂质过氧化反应、抗氧化作用与免疫功能的关系。方法于化疗前1~3 d、化疗后(即第二化疗周期21~28 d)检测和分析68例患者血清可溶性白介素2受体(sIL-2R)、白介素6(IL-6)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力及其相互关系。结果化疗前患者血清MDA、T-SOD、GSH-Px、sIL-2R、IL-6值与正常值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗后血清MDA、sIL-2R值明显高于化疗前,GSH-Px、IL-6值明显低于化疗前。偏相关分析显示:sIL-2R与GSH-Px呈负相关(r=-0.324,P=0.012),IL-6与MDA呈负相关(r=-0.468,P=0.000),与T-SOD呈正相关(r=0.265,P=0.026);治疗前后sIL-2R差值与MDA差值呈正相关(r=0.345,P=0.010),与GSH-Px差值呈负相关(r=-0.302,P=0.041),IL-6差值与T-SOD差值呈正相关(r=0.316,P=0.012)。结论食管癌化疗患者的脂质过氧化反应、抗氧化作用与免疫功能存在相关性,脂质过氧化反应、抗氧化作用可影响患者的免疫功能。 Objective To investigate the correlationship of peroxidation and antioxidant effect with immunological functions in the patients with esophageal cancer during the chemotherapy.Methods Serum concentrations of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R),interleukin-6(IL-6),malondialdehyde(MDA),activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),and activity of total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)were measured and analyzed before the chemotherapy(1-3 day prior to the chemotherapy)and after the chemotherapy(21-28 day during the second cycle of chemotherapy)in 68 patients with esophageal cancer.Results The pre-chemotherapy serum concentrations of MDA,sIL-2R,and IL-6 and the activities of GSH-Px and T-SOD were significantly different from the normal values(P0.05).The post-chemotherapy serum concentrations of MDA and sIL-2R were obviously higher than those before the chemotherapy,while the serum activity of GSH-Px and concentrations of IL-6 became significantly lower.Partial correlation analysis indicated that there were negative correlations between serum sIL-2R and GSH-Px levels(r=-0.324,P=0.012) and between IL-6 and MDA(r=-0.486,P=0.000),whereas IL-6 was positively correlated with T-SOD(r=0.265,P=0.026).According to the deviation(D)values of the serum levels of MDA,T-SOD,GSH-Px,sIL-2R,and IL-6 between the pre-chemotherapy and post-chemotherapy,partial correlation analysis showedsignificantly positive correlation between D-values of sIL-2R and D-values of MDA serum levels(r=0.345,P=0.010),and negative correlation between D-values of sIL-2R and D-values of GSH-Px(r=-0.302,P=0.041).The D-value of IL-6 was also positively correlated with the D-value of T-SOD(r=0.316,P=0.012).Conclusion Peroxidation and antioxidant ability may influence the immunological function in patients with esophageal cancer during chemotherapy.
