摘要
胰高血糖素瘤是一种临床上极为罕见的胰岛A细胞肿瘤,以坏死性松懈性游走性红斑、糖尿病、消瘦等为主要表现,CT等影像学检查发现胰腺占位,血清胰高血糖素水平显著升高有助于本病的诊断,手术切除为有效的治疗手段。本文通过对典型胰高血糖素瘤病例的报告来进一步提高临床医生对胰高血糖素瘤的认识。
Glucagonoma is a rarely seen tumor of islet A cell in clinic,featuring prominently in necrolytic migratory erythema,diabetes mellitus and body weight loss.Pancreatic space-occupying can be found by upper abdomen CT,hyperglucoganemia is helpful in the diagnosis of glucagonoma.Resection is an effective therapy for glucagonoma.This paper reports a case of glucagonoma to improve the understanding of the disease by doctors.
