三级康复技术应用对社区脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨三级康复技术对脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将96例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例,两组患者均接受常规的临床治疗和护理,治疗组严格按照一、二、三级康复技术进行康复训练,对照组仅进行一、二级康复训练,第三级康复训练不做任何指导,采用简式Fugl-Meyer(FMA)肢体运动功能评分和改良巴氏指数(MBI)评定治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月末、治疗3个月末FMA及MBI评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗6个月末FMA及MBI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论三级康复技术的应用可明显提高脑卒中患者的肢体功能及日常生活活动能力。 Objective To explore the effect of three-phase rehabilitation on activities of daily living in patients with stroke in community.Methods 96 hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=48) and control group(n=48).The two groups were both given conventional treatment and nursing.The treatment group was given three-phase rehabilitation,while the control group was only given two-phase rehabilitation with no guidance in the third phase.Concise Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) and modified Barthel index(MBI) were used to assess the clinical effect of the treatment.Results The differences between the scores of FMA and MBI before the treatment,one month and three months after the treatment were not statistically significant(P0.05),but the difference of the scores of FMA and MBI six months after the treatment were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Three-phase rehabilitation can improve effectively the motor function of extremities and ADL of hemiplegia patients after stroke.
