摘要
目的：探讨甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法：选择符合条件的异位妊娠52例进行甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮联合治疗,根据血清绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-hCG）水平不同,将甲氨蝶呤（MTX）100mg加入40ml生理盐水臀部注射,共（1~3）疗程,24小时后给予亚叶酸钙（CF）解救,10mg隔日肌肉注射1次,共2次,同时联合米非司酮片150mg口服。结果：52例中成功44例,成功率84.6%。结论：甲氨蝶呤及米非司酮联合在保守治疗异位妊娠中是安全可行的。
Objective：To investigate the Effects of methotrexate and mifepristone in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods：Select eligible 52 cases of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate and mifepristone for the treatment,according to different levels of serum human chorionic gonadotropin（β-hCG）,to methotrexate（MTX） 100mg add 40ml saline buttocks injections,a total of（1~3） treatments,24 hours after giving leucovorin（CF） rescue,1 10mg intramuscular injection every other day,2 times,at the same time oral mifepristone 150mg tablets.Results：52 cases,44 cases of successful,84.6% success rate.Conclusion：Methotrexate and mifepristone in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is safe and feasible.
