静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙对产后出血的预防

Intravenous Calcium Gluconate in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探讨产时静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙防治宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果。方法:顺产分娩的产妇 116例,随机分为两组,观察组在宫口开大10公分时静脉滴注10%葡萄糖100毫升加10%葡萄糖酸钙10毫升,对照组不用药。两组均常规在胎儿娩出后宫颈注射缩宫素20单位及静脉滴注缩宫素20个单位。结果:两组产后出血量比较:产后2小时及产后24小时平均出血量观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫口开全时静脉滴注葡萄糖酸钙有助于促进子宫收缩,对防止产后出血有重要意义。

Objective：To explore the prevention and treatment during intravenous infusion of Calcium Gluconate haemorrage effect of postpartum haemorrhage.Methods：delivery given birth of 116cases,randomly divided into two groups,observer group in the Palace when opening large 10 cm 10% glucose intravenous infusion 100 ml plus 10% Calcium Gluconate 10 ml,control group without drugs.Both groups have regular cervical injection of oxytocin after the delivery of baby 20 units and intravenous infusion of oxytocin in 20 units.Results：Compare two sets of postpartum blood loss：postnatal observation of 2-hour and 24 hour average blood loss after childbirth set significantly lower than the control group,differences are statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Open all intravenous Calcium Gluconate help promote uterine contractions,to the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage are significant.
