摘要
目的:了解酮替芬和舒利迭吸入剂联合治疗支气管哮喘的效果。方法:80例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组40例,吸入舒利迭吸入剂50/250ug1吸/次,每天2次,试验组在此基础上同时口服酮替芬片1mg/次,每日2次,治疗时间为12周。结果:试验组比对照组能显著提高哮喘控制测试的评分,提高患者的生存质量评分。结论:酮替芬联合舒利迭比单用舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘效果更好。
Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of ketotifen in combination with inhaled seretide in treating bronchial asthma.Methods：Divided 80 asthma cases into 2 groups randomly.The control group was treated with seretide 50/250ug twice daily via accuhaler,while the treatment group was added ketotifen tablet 1mg everytime twice daily,for 12-week treatment study was conducted.Results：The treatment group was significantly higher than the control group on the score of the asthma control test and the quality of life after the experiment.Conclusion：the treatment effect of ketotifen in combination with inhaled seretide was better than that of simply using inhaled seretide in treating bronchial asthma.
