摘要
目的:探讨健康教育专人化管理对肿瘤患者留置PICC疗效的影响。方法:将120例PICC置管肿瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组进行常规宣教,实验组采用健康教育专人管理实施宣教,比较两组患者在PICC置管健康教育知识掌握、生存质量和并发症方面的差异。结果:实验组患者对PICC置管健康教育知识掌握显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前生存质量各子项评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组生存质量均显著,实验组改善程度高于对照组,其中在生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况和附加的关注方面的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对留置PICC的肿瘤患者实施健康教育专人化管理,可以显著提高PICC置管的健康教育知识掌握,减少并发症的发生。
Objective:To study health care management(HCM)'s curative effects on the patient with periphery inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods:120 tumor cases with PICC were randomly divided into Study group and Control group.The Control group was treated with routine education,while study group was with HCM.The quality of life and complications were compared.Results:The quality of life and understanding rates in Study group were higher than Control group,while the complications were lower(P0.05).Conclusion:Health care management could significantly increase the quality of life and understanding rates for tumor patients with PICC,which decrease the complications.
