锁定加压接骨板微创固定治疗肱骨二或三部分骨折的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨锁定加压接骨板微创治疗肱骨二或三部分骨折的疗效。方法:选取28例肱骨二或三部分骨折患者为研究对象,骨折类型均为肱骨干骨折伴有肱骨近远端骨折,应用锁定加压钢板(LCP)微创治疗肱骨二或三部分骨折患者。手术中记录手术时间及术中出血量。评分标准采用Constant-Murley评分方法评定疗效。结果:所有患者均于术后4个月愈合,术后均随访1年,患者功能恢复皆良好。其中,1例术前伴桡神经卡压损伤患者,经神经松解、复位后固定,后功能恢复。评价以1年为标准。有15例评分为优,有13例评分为良。结论:锁定加压接骨板微创治疗肱骨二或三部分骨折具有创伤小、功能恢复快、不损伤神经等优点,值得临床应用。 Objective:To investigate the minimally invasive locking compression plate two or three-part humeral fractures.Methods:28 cases two or three-part fractures of the humerus for the study patients,the type of fracture of humeral shaft fractures are associated with proximal and distal humerus fractures,application locking compression plate(LCP) minimally invasive treatment of humeral fractures in patients with two or three parts.Surgery in record time and operative blood loss.Use of Constant-Murley score standard scoring methods evaluated.Results:All patients were healed after 4 months,patients were followed up for 1 year,patients with functional recovery are good.Of these,1 patient with radial nerve compression before the injury,after neurolysis,reset fixed after functional recovery.Evaluation of one year as the standard.There were 15 cases rated as excellent,13 cases rated as good.Conclusion:Minimally invasive locking compression plate two or three-part humeral fractures with less trauma,quick recovery of function,nerve damage,etc.is not worthy of clinical application.
