摘要
目的:提高《危重患者抢救工作组织管理》教学效果,培养护生临床抢救工作组织管理能力。方法:以我校2009级护理大专班78名护生作为观察组,2008级护理大专班70名护生作为对照组。观察组应用角色扮演法组织教学,包括设计案例、准备、实施及讨论四个阶段,课程结束采用理论知识闭卷考试及自制问卷调查。结果:观察组考试成绩为(85.06+7.219),对照组为(74.07+12.189),观察组成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。调查问卷显示,92.3%的学生认为应用角色扮演法可以实现理论与实践相结合,91%表示喜欢这种教学方法,89.7%认为学习兴趣得到提高,87.2%则认为有助于对理论知识的理解和记忆。结论:在《危重患者抢救工作组织管理》中应用角色扮演法取得较好教学效果,提高了教学质量,活跃了课堂气氛,实现理论与实践相结合,有助于学生对知识的理解与记忆。
Objective:To improve the teaching effects of "organization and management on rescue of critical patients" and develop the organization and management abilities of nursing students in clinic.Methods:78 students were divided into observed group and 70 of control group.Observed group was taught by role playing with 4 stages including design cases,preparation,execution and discussion.Theoretical knowledge was tested by closebook examination and questionnaire survey.Results:Test score of observed group was 85.06+7.219 while that of control group was 74.07+12.189,there was significant differences between two groups(P0.05).Results from questionnaire survey showed that 92.3% of students considered theory could combined practice by role playing,91% of them preferred this teaching method,89.7% of them felt interested in study,and 87.2% of them thought this method help them understand and remember the knowledge.Conclusion:Good effects were obtained by role playing in "organization and management on rescue of critical patients",which improved the teaching quality,activated classroom atmosphere,achieved the combination of theory and practice.
