消化内镜模拟训练的临床教学研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:评价模拟内镜教学和模拟-真实内镜交替教学这两种模式的教学效果。方法:对我院消化内镜中心的进修医生、研究生16人随机分为模拟内镜训练组(A组)和模拟-真实内镜交替组(B组)进行4周的训练。A组训练模式为连续2周的模拟内镜学习+2周真实内镜操作。B组的训练模式为1周模拟+1周真实+1周模拟+1周真实内镜操作。设立评分标准,训练完成后按独立完成内镜操作的时间、操作中患者的不适程度、诊断的正确性等分别进行考核评分和统计学分析。结果:A组和B组的平均分分别为(7.82±0.49)和(8.95±0.38),B组在内镜操作的掌握程度、患者舒适度上均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:模拟内镜训练和真实内镜训练交替进行,更有助于提高学员的内镜学习效果。 Objective:To compare the value of persistent simulator training model and simulator-clinic alternative training model in gastrointestinal endoscopy training.Methods:Sixteen graduate students and residents were randomly assigned to two groups for onemonth endoscopy training:trainees in persistent simulator training group underwent two weeks of persistent simulator training and two weeks of clinical endoscopy training;trainees in simulator-clinic alternative training group underwent alternative one week simulator training and one week clinical endoscopy training.Comparison was made between the two groups at the end of the fourth week in terms of performance parameters,degree of comfort and diagnostic accuracy.Results:Persistent simulator training group and simulatorclinic alternative training group got a total score of(7.82±0.49) and(8.95±0.38),respectively.Simulator-clinic alternative training group performed better in performance and degree of comfort(P0.05).Conclusion:Simulator-clinic alternative training is an effective gastrointestinal endoscopy training method.
