丙泊酚复合芬太尼在内镜检查中的应用

The Application in Gastroscopy of Propofol Combined with Fentanyl

目的:探讨丙泊酚复合芬太尼在内镜检查中应用的麻醉效果、安全性及患者的反应。方法:选择ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级行患内镜检查患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例。A组为对照组,按常规方法进行操作,用利多卡因表麻或不用任何麻醉。B组为丙泊酚复合芬太尼组,在检查前静注芬太尼0.1mg、丙泊酚2mg/kg。观察并记录患者检查前、检查中呼吸、血压、心率的变化及检查过程中的患者反应。结果:A组患者检查中呼吸、血压和心率较检查前上升,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者检查中血压、心率下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚复合芬太尼在内镜检查中应用,术中患者舒适无痛苦,呼吸、循环稳定,术后苏醒快。

Objective：To explore the anesthesia effect,safety and patient＇s response of propofol combined with fentanyl in endoscopic examination.Methods：Selected the ASA I or II with endoscopic examination of patients with 100 cases,were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.A group as control group,according to the conventional methods of operation,topical anesthesia with lidocaine or without any anesthesia.B group of propofol combined with fentanyl,by the intravenous injection way,for patients injected fentanyl 0.1mg and propofol 2mg/kg before the examination.Observed and recorded the variation of respiration,blood pressure and heart rate before the inspection and in the inspection process,and patient＇s response.Results：A group＇s respiration,blood pressure and heart rate rose compared with the inspection process,but there were no statistical significance（P 0.05）;B group＇s blood pressure,heart rate dropped compared with the inspection process,but the result had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusions：The application in gastroscopy of propofol combined with fentanyl can make the patients feel comfortable in the operation process,no pain,has a stable respiration and circulation,and quickly regained consciousness after operation.
