应用硬通道穿刺针治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的护理体会

The Nursing Experience of Hard Passage Puncture and Drainage on Chronic Subdural Hematoma

目的:探讨应用硬通道穿刺针治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的护理经验和体会。方法:对55例慢性硬膜下血肿患者行硬通道穿刺引流的护理过程进行回顾和分析。术前进行耐心细致的心理护理,术后密切观察病情变化,保持引流管道的密闭以及保持患者特殊的体位等护理措施。结果:55例患者中40例术后痊愈,15例出现并发症,但经积极治疗和护理后均预后良好,无死亡病例。结论:密切的观察和有针对性的护理是保证手术安全,治疗有效以及防止血肿复发的关键。

Objective：To discuss the nursing experience of hard passage puncture and drainage on chronic subdural hematoma.Methods：Retrospectively analyzed the nursing processes of 55 cases of chronic subdural hematoma with hard passage puncture and drainage.Results：40 cases fully recovered,15 cases occurs complications,with careful nursing and treating,all recovered.Conclusion：Intensive observation and especial nursing is the key factor to surgery safety,effective treatment and protection hematoma recurrence for chronic subdural hematoma patients.
