循证护理对颅内动脉瘤术后并发症的干预作用

Evidence-based Care for Complications after Intracranial Aneurysm Intervention

目的:探讨循证护理对颅内动脉瘤术后并发症的干预作用。方法:将我院收治的107例行手术治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,比较两组患者的舒适度、并发症的发生率及患者的护理质量的满意率。结果:观察组在舒适度、并发症的发生率及患者的护理质量的满意率方面均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:循证护理有利于减少颅内动脉瘤治疗患者的术后并发症,提高患者舒适度和满意率。

Objective：To evaluate evidence-based care for complications of intracranial aneurysm intervention.Methods：Our hospital admitted 107 cases with surgical treatment of intracranial aneurysms were randomly divided into two groups and the control group and the control group with conventional care,evidence-based care group were observed,more two groups of patient comfort,the incidence of complications and quality of patient care satisfaction rate.Results：The in comfort,the incidence of complications and patient satisfaction with the quality of care rates were significantly better than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion：Evidence-based care helps to reduce the treatment of intracranial aneurysms in patients with postoperative complications,improve patient comfort and satisfaction.
