鼻息肉摘除术及鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗鼻息肉的比较研究

Comparative Study on Nasal Polypectomy and Nasal Polypectomy Combined Intranasal Ethmoidectomy in The Treatment of Nasal Polyps

目的:比较鼻息肉摘除术及鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗鼻息肉的疗效。方法:将我院2008年4月～2010年7月收治的鼻息肉患者78例随机分为两组,观察组39例采用鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗,对照组39例采用鼻息肉摘除术治疗,对两组临床效果进行比较观察。结果:观察组术后治愈率为74.4%,明显高于对照组的53.8%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.7%,对照组为2.6%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访一年观察组复发率为2.6%,明显低于对照组的20.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻息肉摘除并鼻内筛窦切除术治疗鼻息肉能够获得更佳的临床效果,并且安全性可靠,是临床首选的手术治疗方案之一。

Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy of nasal polypectomy and nasal polypectomy combined intranasal ethmoidectomy in the treatment of nasal polyps.Methods： From April 2009 to July 2010 in our hospital,78 patients of nasal polyps were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases of the observation group were treated with nasal polypectomy combined intranasal ethmoidectomy,39 cases of control group treated with nasal polypectomy,the clinical effects of two groups were compared and observed.Results： The cure rate of the observation group was 74.4%,significantly higher than 53.8% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;the complication rate of observation group was 7.7%,and the control group was 2.6%,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）;followed up one year,the recurrence rate of observation group was 2.6%,significantly lower than 20.5% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Nasal polypectomy combined intranasal ethmoidectomy in the treatment of nasal polyps better clinical results and safety of reliable,is the preferred surgical treatment of clinical one.
