摘要
目的:探讨经阴道三维超声对输卵管积水的诊断价值。方法:对我院2009年08月~2010年10月收治的48例输卵管积水患者进行经阴道二维彩色多普勒超声及三维超声扫查,利用反转技术呈现输卵管积水的完整形态,比较三维与二维超声诊断符合率的差异。结果:48例后经腹腔镜手术或碘油造影证实的病例中,输卵管积水具有特有的声像图特征,三维超声诊断率高于二维超声,有显著差异(P〈0.05)。结论:阴道三维超声能够更清晰的显示了内部回声信息及周围脏器的比邻关系,对输卵管积水的定性帮助较大,是早期诊断输卵管积水的简便、有效、无创、可重复、首选的方法。
Objective: To investigate the three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of hydrosalpinx.Methods: To my hospital in 2009/08-20010/10 treated 48 cases of patients with hydrosalpinx underwent transvaginal two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound scanning,using the inversion technique is presented for hydrosalpinx complete morphology,comparison of three-dimensional and two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate difference.Results: 48 cases after laparoscopic operation or iodine oil radiography confirmed cases,fallopian tube ponding has a characteristic sonographic features,three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis rate is higher than that of 2D ultrasound,there were significant differences(P 0.05).Conclusion: Transvaginal 3D ultrasound can clearly display the internal echo information and the surrounding organs the neighbor relation,for hydrosalpinx qualitative help larger,early diagnosis of hydrosalpinx is simple,effective,noninvasive,repeatable,the preferred method.
