电视腹腔镜在妇科疾病诊治中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Tele-laparoscope in Diagnosis of Gynecological Diseases

目的:探讨电视腹腔镜在妇科疾病诊断和治疗中的临床效果及应用价值。方法:回顾性分析160例妇科疾病患者的一般资料,应用电视腹腔镜对所有患者的各种妇科疾病进行诊断、治疗、观察和分析诊断、手术治疗的结果。结果:本组160例患者均在电视腹腔镜下完成手术,6例改为剖腹手术,手术成功率达到97.3%。6例改为剖腹手术的原因在于盆腔广泛致密粘连4例、出血难止2例,手术出血量20～150ml,平均60ml。在不孕症中,通过腹腔镜探查,均能明确诊断出产生不孕的原因。手术完成后麻醉清醒6h即可拔除导尿管,24h可下床活动,抗生素根据情况酌情使用,切口皮内缝合l针,无需拆线,均Ⅰ期愈合,不留疤痕,无一例发生术中或术后并发症,术后平均住院时间为(4.3±0.9)天。结论:临床采用电视腹腔镜对妇科疾病进行诊断和治疗效果显著,能够为临床的治疗提供可靠的依据,从而及时、有效地改善患者的病情和预后,提高患者的生活质量,此外,电视腹腔镜还具有强大的使用优势及临床应用价值,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective： This paper is to explore the clinical results and application value of tele-laparoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases.Methods： The brief information of160 cases of patients with gynecological diseases were analyzed retrospectively.Tele-laparoscope was applied to diagnose and treat the various gynecological diseases of all patients.The results of diagnosis and treatment were observed and analyzed.Results： All the 160 patients underwent the surgery under the tele-laparoscope,thereinto,6 patients changed to underwent laparotomy and the success rate was as high as 97.3%.The reasons for the 6 patients to choose laparotomy were that 4 patients presented pelvic extensive dense adhesion and 2 patients presented refractory bleeding.The amount of bleeding was 20 to 150ml,with the average amount of 60ml.Through laparoscopy,all reasons causing barrenness could be found out.The catheter Was removed 6 hours later after the surgery when anesthesia recovered and the patients could get up of bed 24 hours later.Antibiotics were used based on the situation.The incision was intradermaly stitched with stitches removal not required.All wounds were healed at the Ⅰstage,with no scars left.No complication occurred during the surgeries or after the surgeries.The average stays in hospital were（4.3±0.9） days.Conclusions： The clinical application of tele-laparoscopy has very obvious effects in diagnosing and treating gynecological diseases and can provide dependable evidence for clinical treatment,so as to timely and effectively improve patient’s conditions and prognosis,improving patients’ life quality.Besides,tele-laparoscope has powerful superiority and clinical application value,therefore,being worth a further promotion and application.
