64排螺旋CT在评价阿托伐他汀治疗冠状动脉斑块效果中的价值

The Value of 64-slice Spiral CT in The Evaluation of The Effect of Atorvastatin in The Treatment of Coronary Artery Plaque

目的:探讨64排螺旋CT在评价阿托伐他汀治疗冠脉斑块效果中的价值。方法:选择伴有冠状动脉粥样斑块的患者75例,所有患者均应用阿托伐他汀20mg/d治疗6个月,于治疗前及治疗后应用64排螺旋CT行冠脉CTA检查。结果:1.治疗后患者血LDL-C、HDL-C、TC、TG、IL-6及TNF-α水平与治疗前比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。2.经64排螺旋CT后处理测量,脂质斑块、混合性斑块及钙化斑块的数量分别为64个、56个及53个。治疗后,脂质斑块及混合性斑块面积分别下降23.2%及13.6%,与治疗前相比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:64排螺旋CT能够量化的评价阿托伐他汀对冠脉斑块面积的缩小,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the value of 64-slice CT in the evaluation of the effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary artery plaque.Methods： 75 patients with coronary artery plaques were chosen,they were treated with atorvastatin 20mg/d for 6-month.Coronary CTA were performed before and after treatment using 64-slice CT.Results： 1.Compared with before,There were statistically significant difference of the serum LDL-C,HDL-C,TC,TG,IL-6 and TNF-α levels after treatment（P 0.05）.2.64-slice CT detected 64 soft plaque,56 mixed plaque and 53 calcified plaque.After treatment,the plaque and mixed plaque area decreased 23.2% and 13.6%,there were statistically difference compared with before（P 0.05）.Conclusion： 64-slice CT can quantified evaluation of atorvastatin on coronary plaque area reduced,have a high application value.
