摘要
目的:为患者提供合理的饮食,提高肺移植的成功率。方法:多次评估患者的营养状况,计算术前、术后、康复期各阶段的热量需求,制定合理的膳食计划。结果:患者血糖平稳,营养状况良好,机体恢复较好,病情平稳出院。结论:移植术后合并糖尿病的患者,不应一直限制热量摄入,要多次进行营养评估,康复期适当增加营养,有利于机体的快速恢复。
Objective: Provided the patients with a reasonable diet,and improved the success rate of lung transplantation.Methods: Estimated the nutritional situation of the patients repeatedly,and calculated the heat demand in the preoperative and postoperative and recovery period,and then set up reasonable meal plans.Results: The patient’s blood sugar was stable,the nutritional situation was also in good condition,and the body recovered well,then discharged from the hospital in stable condition.Conclusion: The patients who suffered transplantation complicated with diabetes mellitus should not be restricted with the intake of calories,but estimated the nutritional situation repeatedly.We should increase the nutrition appropriately in the recovery period,which was good for the quick recovery of the body.
