摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜脾切除术患者的心理护理模式。方法:对腹腔镜脾切除术患者实施相应护理措施的同时,通过对40例腹腔镜脾切除术患者心理状态进行评估,运用护理心理学方法对患者进行心理护理。结果:所有的研究对象情绪稳定,心态良好,均能够积极配合医生护士顺利完成手术治疗及术后护理。结论:科学有效的心理护理是顺利开展腹腔镜脾切除术的重要保障。
Objective：Studied the mental models of care laparoscopic splenectomy in patients.Methods：Implementation of appropriate care measures for laparoscopic splenectomy patients.assessing the mental state of 40 cases oflaparoscopic splenectomy in patients,Implemented psychological care of patieuts by psychology method.Results：All the study participants being stable in emotion,with good attitude,they were able to actively cooperate with doctors and nurses and accepted the successful completion of the surgery and plstoperative care.Conclusion：Scientific and effective psychological care was an important guarantee for the smooth development of laparoscopic splenectomy.
