微波配合中西药物雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎的临床护理研究

The Clinical Nursing Research of Microwave with Chinese and Western Medicine inHalation Treatment of Chronic Pharyngitis

目的:研究微波配合中西药物雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎的临床护理方法。方法:分别采取针对性护理措施和一般护理措施护理150例微波配合中西药物雾化吸入治疗的慢性咽炎患者,并比较两组患者的治疗效果及病程长短。结果:针对性护理组的有效率(100%)明显高于一般护理组(93.33%),而针对性护理组对护理的满意度(93.33%)也高于一般护理组(80%)(P<0.05)。结论:微波配合中西药物雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎疗效确切,配合针对性的护理措施有助于提高治疗,并且可以提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective： To study clinical nursing of microwave coordinating inhalation of Chinese and Western medicine in treating chronic pharyngitis.Methods： Take care of 150 cases of chronic pharyngitis patients which was treated by microwave and inhalation of Chinese and Western medicine with targeted and general care,and compare the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and disease duration.Results： The efficiency of targeted care group（100%） was significantly higher than the general care group（93.33%）,while satisfaction of the targeted group（93.33%） was also higher than the general care group（80%）（P0.05）.Conclusion： To treat chronic pharyngitis by microwave coordinating inhalation of Chinese and Western medicine is effective.Targeted measures of clinical nursing can increase effection of treatment and improve patient’s satisfaction.
