浅静脉置管在老年糖尿病病人中应用的临床护理探讨

Superficial Venous Catheter in Elderly Diabetic Patients in The Clinical Care of The Application

目的：探讨糖尿病患者是否适用四肢浅静脉置管技术。方法：选取我院2010年1月~2011年1月入院的老年肺部感染合并糖尿病的病人89例和单纯老年肺部感染病人98例,分别为研究组和对照组,两组患者第一次输液均运用浅静脉置管技术。结果：合并糖尿病组患者置管时间明显比对照组短（P〈0.001）,并且合并糖尿病组患者的静脉炎发生率比显著高于对照组（P〈0.001）。结论：老年糖尿病患者并不适合使用四肢浅静脉置管,临床护理操作时应引起重视。

Objective： To investigate the applicability of diabetic limb superficial venous catheter technique.Methods： Hospital in January 2010 January 2011 of lung infection in elderly hospitalized patients with diabetes mellitus and 89 cases of pulmonary infection in elderly patients alone 98 cases,respectively,for the study group and control group,two groups of patients were the first infusion the use of superficial venous catheter technique.Results： In patients with diabetes catheter time was significantly shorter than the control group（P0.001）,and diabetes patients than the incidence of phlebitis was significantly higher than（P0.001）.Conclusion： Elderly patients with diabetes are not suitable for use limb superficial venous catheter,clinical care and the operation should pay attention to.
