Value of Color Doppler in Diagnosis of Budd-Chiari Syndrome

目的:探讨彩超对Budd-Chiari综合征的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院17例经临床证实的Budd-Chiari综合征的彩超表现。结果:下腔静脉狭窄或阻塞9例,肝静脉狭窄或阻塞8例,肝内侧枝血管13例,肝外侧枝血管16例。结论:彩超对Budd-Chiari综合征的诊断、分型具有重要意义,能给临床治疗方案的选择提供重要依据。

Objective：To investigate the value of the color Doppler in diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made on the color Dopple findings of 17 cases with proved Budd-Chiari syndrome by Clinic.Result：The color dopple showed the inferior vena cava stenosis or obstruction in 9 cases,the hepatic vein stenosis or obstruction in 8 cases,the rahepatic collateral vessels in 13 cases,the extrahepatic collateral vessels in 16 cases.Conclusion：The Color Doppler is of great significance in diagnosis and classification of Budd-Chiari syndrome,and provide an important basis for clinical treatment options.
