应用三维彩超筛查早中孕期胎儿畸形的临床价值

Application of Three-dimensional Color Doppler Ultrasound Screening for Early Fetal Malformation in the Clinical Value

目的:探究三维彩超技术在早中孕胎儿畸形筛查中的临床价值,为早中孕胎儿的畸形筛查提供一种科学的方法。方法:将2009年2月-2010年2月入住我院的880例早中孕期妊娠的孕妇的临床资料进行回顾性分析,上述孕妇均行三维彩超进行畸形胎儿的筛查。结果:本组,检出异常胎10例,其中先天性心脏病2例;唇裂2例(1例合并腭裂);胎儿颈部水囊瘤l例;输尿管肾盂连接部梗阻l例;脑积水l例;腹裂l例;胎儿水肿1例;多发畸形l例,均经引产后证实。结论:三维彩超对早中孕期胎儿畸形的筛查具有较高的临床价值,对于尽早确定畸形儿并采取相应的措施具有非常大的作用,应该作为早中孕期常规检查的首选方法。

Objective：To explore three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound technique in the early second trimester screening for fetal abnormalities in the clinical value for early in pregnancy,and fetal malformation screening provides a scientific method.Methods：880 cases of early second-trimester pregnancy pregnant women were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analysis in 2009.2-2010.2 in our hospital,the pregnant women underwent three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for fetal malformation screening.Results：In this group of patients,10 cases were abnormal fetus,including 2 cases of congenital heart disease;cleft lip in 2 cases（1 cases with cleft palate）,shown in Figure 2;nuchal hygroma l example,see Figure 1;ureteropelvic junction obstruction of L patients with hydrocephalus patients;L;l cases of gastroschisis;fetal hydrops in 1 cases of L patients;multiple malformations,have been found before birth.Conclusion：Three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound for early in the fetal malformation screening has high clinical value for early identification of anomalies in infants,and to take corresponding measures has very big effect,should as early second-trimester routine examination of the preferred method.
