清热解毒、活血化瘀中药配合化疗对中晚期胰腺癌的疗效观察

Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect for Chemotherapy Combined with Chinese Herbs with the Effect of Heat-clearing and Detoxicating as Well as Promoting Blood Circulation by Removing Blood Stasison on Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

目的:观察清热解毒、活血化瘀方配合单药吉西他滨(健择)化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法:选择中晚期胰腺癌60例,采用自拟清热解毒、活血化瘀方配合单药健择方案治疗,并与单纯应用单药吉西他滨(健择)化疗方案组30例作对照。清热解毒、活血化瘀方每日一剂,浓缩约300ml,分两次服,共6周;单药吉西他滨方案:吉西他滨1 000mg/m2,d1、8、15单药化疗,28天一周期,连续应用2周期。治疗1周后,观察两组近期疗效、CA199、临床受益反应及相关毒副作用临床指标。结果:相对于单药吉西他滨组,配合清热解毒、活血化瘀方,可以明显提高中晚期胰腺癌患者的近期疗效和临床受益反应率,并能够减少化疗相关毒副作用。结论:清热解毒、活血化瘀方联合化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌具有较好的疗效,且能提高患者生活质量,控制病情发展。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect for gemcitabine alone chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbs with the effect of heat-clearing and detoxicating as well as promoting Blood circulation by removing Blood Stasison on advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods：60 advanced pancreatic cancer patients were chosen for the treatment group and treated with gemcitabine alone chemotherapy（1 000mg/m2,iv,d1,d8,d15,4 weeks for one cycle,for 2 cycles） in combination with self-mastery formula（a dose about 150ml per time,two times a day,for 6 weeks） with the effect of heat-clearing and detoxicating as well as promoting Blood circulation by removing Blood Stasison and 30 patients were used as the control group which was treated with gemcitabine alone.Then the short term effect,CA199,Clinical benefit response and related adverse effect and toxic effect were observed a week later.Results：Compared with the control group,the short term effect and Clinical benefit response rate of the treatment group were improved significantly and chemotherapy-related adverse effects and toxic effects were reduced.Conclusion：Gemcitabine alone chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbs with the effect of heat-clearing and detoxicating as well as promoting Blood circulation by removing Blood Stasison was more effective on treating advanced pancreatic cancer.Moreover,it could improve the life quality of patients and delay the progression of the disease.
