热毒宁注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重(痰热蕴肺型)疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Reduning Lnjection in Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Hot Sputum Pulmonary)

目的:热毒宁注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)(痰热蕴肺型)的疗效评价。方法:选取60例住院病例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组患者均给予使用抗感染、化痰等基础治疗,治疗组加用热毒宁注射液治疗7-10天。结果:治疗组显效率、退热时间、咳嗽咳痰症状较对照组有明显改善。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗慢阻肺急性加重(痰热蕴肺型)疗效确切,在退热、改善咳嗽咳痰症状方面有明显优势。

Objective Efficacy evaluation of Reduning Injection in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD）（hot sputum pulmonary）.Methods：We selected 60 cases of hospitalized cases,were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases,two groups of patients were given the use of anti-infective,phlegm,foundation treatment,the treatment group was added with Reduning Injection in treatment of 7-10 days.Results：The treatment group obviously efficiency,time to defervescence,cough sputum symptoms than the control group had significantly improved.Conclusion：Reduning Injection in treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（hot sputum pulmonary） curative effect is exact,fever,cough and expectoration in improving symptoms have obvious advantages.
