专业化护理在中晚期宫颈癌放疗中的应用

Professional Care in Advanced Cervical Cancer Radiotherapy Applications

目的:探讨专业化护理在中晚期宫颈癌放疗中的应用效果。方法:将我院2005年8月-2009年8月收治的100例中晚期宫颈癌的患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用更为专业化的护理,比较两组患者的放疗效果及生活质量。结果:观察组完全缓解39例,部分缓解9例,总有效率为96.0%显著高于对照组的76.0%,P<0.05。且观察组的情感指数、生活满意度及健康指数显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:专业化护理有利于提高中晚期宫颈癌放疗的临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the professional care in advanced cervical cancer radiotherapy effect of application.Methods：In our hospital from 2005 August to 2009 August,100 cases of advanced cervical cancer patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group using conventional nursing,observation group in the control group on the basis of a more professional care,were compared between the two groups of patients treated by radiotherapy efficacy and quality of life.Results：The observation group complete remission in 39 cases,partial remission in 9 cases,the total effective rate was 96% higher than the control group 76%,P0.05.And the observation group emotion index,life satisfaction and health index was better than the control group,P0.05.Conclusion：Specialized care is beneficial to improving the middle and advanced cervical cancer radiotherapy clinical curative effect,improve the patient＇s quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
