肺结核合并糖尿病的护理干预效果研究

To Study the Intervention Effect of Nursing Care on Pulmonary Tuberculosis Complicated with Diabetes

目的:通过对肺结核合并糖尿病的护理干预,了解其效果。方法:对2007年2月-2010年10月在我院住院治疗的152例肺结核合并糖尿病患者进行随机分组,分为干预组和对照组。对照组进行常规护理,干预组除进行常规护理外还进行相关的护理干预措施。结果:与对照组相比,干预组患者的血糖控制水平平稳,痰涂转阴率明显上升。两组对比差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:对肺结核合并糖尿病进行护理干预效果明显,有利于患者的血糖控制和结核的治疗。

Objective：To study the intervention effect of nursing care on pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes.Methods：152 pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes were randomly grouped in our hospital for treatment from February 2007 year to October 2010 year,divided into intervention group and control group.The control group used conventional care,the intervention group carried out related nursing interventions in addition to routine care.Results：Compared with the control group,the blood glucose control level of intervention group patients were smooth,sputum smear negative conversion rate of intervention group patients were obvious rise.Two groups of contrast differences（P0.05）,had statistical significance.Conclusion：The nursing intervention of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes patients,had good effect,beneficial to patients for blood glucose control and tuberculosis treatment.
