探讨社区管理对糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响

The Influence Research of Community Management to Diabetics Glycemic Control

目的:观察社区管理对糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响,探析社区管理在糖尿病临床治疗中的价值。方法:选择本社区220例2型糖尿病非住院患者,对照组(n=100)不给予社区管理,观察组(n=120)接受系统化社区管理干预,观察随访前、干预6个月后血糖控制情况。结果:两组患者随访前的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白测定无显著性差异(P>0.05);随访6个月后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白测定结果均明显优于对照组,而且明显优于随访前,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区管理能够有效降低2型糖尿病患者的血糖水平,具有临床推广价值。

Objective：To observe influence of the community management of diabetes in the blood glucose control,and explores the community management in the treatment of diabetes clinical value.Methods：Choose this community of 220 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in hospital,the control group（n=100） don＇t give the community management,the observation group（n=120） accept systematic community management intervention,observation follow-up,intervention before 6 months after blood sugar control.Results：Two groups of patients were followed up for the before fasting blood glucose,blood sugar,2h after a meal glycosylated hemoglobin determination has no significant difference（P0.05）;After 6 months of follow-up,the observation group of fasting blood glucose,blood sugar,2h after a meal glycosylated hemoglobin the determination results are much better than control group,and obviously better than before the follow-up,differences are significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The community management can effectively reduce the patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar levels,have clinical application value.
