摘要 有机发光二极管(OrganicLightEmittingDiode,简称“OLED”)属载流子双注入型发光器件,其发光机理为:在外界电场的驱动下,电子和空穴分别由阴极和阳极注入到有机电子传输层和空穴传输层,并在有机发光层中复合生成激子,激子辐射跃迁回到基态并发光。
