浅谈国有企业宏观调控与微观治理

On the combination of the macroscopic adjustment and microcosmic administration of the state own enterprises

国有企业的改革必须将宏观调控与微观治理结合起来，主要是：进一步加强思想改造工程，健全社会保障机制，依靠市场和法规配置资源，转变经营机制，落实“抓大放小”的战略决策。

The reform of Chinese state own enterprises should combine the macroscopic adjustment and microcosmic administration. That is to say, we should further strengthen the reform of ideology, amplify the social ensuring system, dispose resources under conditions of the market and law, innovate the management system, adjust the industrial structures and carry out the strategic policy of “emphasizing the large ones while neglecting the small ones.”
