Connotation of Grey Collar Talents and Its Cultivation in Vocational Technical Colleges

对灰领人才的内涵进行了解析,分析了灰领人才在我国国民经济建设中的地位和作用,厘清了高职院校对灰领人才培养的目标定位。从师资对伍建设、课程体系设置和实训基地建设三个方面提出了灰领人才在高职院校中的培养思路。

This paper analyzed the connotation of grey collar talents and its importance in national economic construction,then clarified the training target of grey collar in vocational technical colleges.Finally,the paper put forward the channels of its cultivation in vocational technical colleges from the aspects of teaching team construction,course system building and the practice training bases construction.
