高职院校心理素质拓展训练课程设计与实施

Design and Implementation of Mental Quality Development training courses in Vocational Colleges

高职院校大学生心理负担较重、心理问题较多,加强心理素质教育工作显得非常重要。根据教育部的要求,结合高职院校"工学结合"课程改革的实践经验,设计和实施好心理素质拓展训练课程当务之急。本文从高职院校心理素质拓展训练课程开设的意义与作用、课程定位与设计思路、内容选取与组织以及课程实施中注意事项等方面进行简要阐述。

Vocational College Students＇psychological burden is very heavy and always have many psychological problems,so how to strengthen the education of psychological quality comes much more important.According to the requirements of the Ministry of education in higher vocational colleges,it the top priority to design and implement psychological quality development training courses combining with curriculum reform＇s practical experience.This article gives a brief description from aspects of significance and effect,course location and design ideas,the selection of content and organization,and curriculum implementation of the courses.
