本文结合当前高职学生的特点,分析了学生在就业过程中存在的主要问题,结合辅导员开展就业指导工作的有利条件,探讨了高职辅导员如何开展就业指导工作。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the current vocational college students＇ and the main problems in the employment process of college students.It discusses the employment guidance work of the counselors with the favorable conditions of themselves.
