舒适护理对经尿道前列腺电切除术患者的影响

目的探讨舒适护理对经尿道前列腺电切术患者的影响。方法选择于2008年5月～2011年5月收治的400例经尿道前列腺电切术患者,将其平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规的护理,观察组在一般护理的基础上实施舒适护理,对两组患者护理干预的结果进行观察,对患者的术后疼痛、膀胱痉挛及手术疗效等进行综合评定察。结果观察组疼痛率为44.0%,膀胱痉挛率为21.0%;对照组疼痛率为73.5%,膀胱痉挛率为43.5%,观察组患者的术后疼痛、膀胱痉挛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理不仅可以提高经尿道前列腺电切术患者的舒适度,而且有效减少术后疼痛及膀胱痉挛的发生,对促进患者术后的恢复,提高护理质量有深远的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the comfortable nursing for patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate effect. Methods In our hospital in 2008.05 -2011.05, 400 cases of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. There were divided into observation group and control group,200 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing, the observation group in general nursing based on comfort nursing care, two groups of patients with nursing intervention the results were observed for patients, postoperative pain, bladder spasm and operation curative effect observation of comprehensive assessment. Results Pain in observation group was 44%, bladder spasm rate was 21%; the control group was 73.5% bladder spasm pain, rate of 43.5%,The observation group in patients with postoperative pain, incidence of bladder spasm was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfort nursing care can not only improve the transurethral resection of the prostate patient comfort, but also effectively reduces postoperative pain and bladder spasm, to promote postoperative recovery of patients, improve the quality ot nursing care has profound clinical significance.
