急诊应用解剖钢板手术治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折

目的观察急诊应用解剖钢板内固定手术治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法选取2005年10月～2010年7月收治65例粉碎性锁骨中段骨折的患者,按Robinson分类均属于2B型。均急诊采用解剖钢板切开复位内固定手术治疗。结果术后3月骨折愈合优良率为96.92%,高于术后1月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。65例患者术后发生切口感染4例,钢板螺钉松动1例。结论解剖钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折符合生物力学原则,同时早期手术有利于骨折的愈合及患者运动功能恢复。

Objective To observate the curative effect of appling anatomy steel plate surgery to treat mid-clavicular comminuted fractures in emergency. Methods From October 2005 to July 2010, 65 cases of patients with mid-clavicular comminuted fractures were given anatomical steel plate internal fixation surgery, which were type 2B according to Robinson classification. Results The fracture healing rate after 3 months was 96.92%, which was higher than after one month, the comparing difference was statistical significance （P0.05）. There were 4 cases of patients with incision infection and 1 cases of patients with the steel plate bolt looseness in 65 patients. Conclusion The anatomical steel plate internal fixation surgery treat mid-clavicular comminuted fracture meet biomechanics principles, and early surgery could be beneficial for fracture healing and sports functional recovery.
