双肾多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的MRI诊断分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨MRI对于双肾多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者的诊断,评价其临床意义,提高对于双肾多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的认识。方法对于2009年1月~2011年6月在本院进行治疗32例双肾多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者进行MRI的影像学资料进行比较分析。结果常规SE序列观察显示,所有患者均出现有边缘较为清楚的等T1等T2信号,同时在其中有一些不等的短T1长T2信号;脂肪抑制序列观察显示,在T1及T2的中高信号区域,出现了信号缺失的表现。结论对于双肾多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤患者,MRI在对其诊断方面优势较为明显,特别是对于脂肪抑制序列的敏感性最高,可以认为MRI是诊断双肾多发血管平滑肌脂肪瘤的一项比较重要同时效果较好的手段。
