摘要
从现代教学理论的角度对提高大学英语专业综合英语课程教学效果作了探讨 ,内容涉及综合采用集各教学法体系之长的教学方法、综合培养兼顾语言知识技能和英语国家文化背景的社会交际能力 。
Based on contemporary teaching theories, this assay is intended to make a study of how to ensure effectiveness of teaching the course of Comprehensive English for college English majors, covering the adoption of a teaching approach with comprehensive beneficial elements absorbed from various schools of methodology, the cultivation of comprehensive socio-communicative abilities with language knowledge, language skills and cultural background knowledge of English-speaking countries taken into consideration, and the full play given to the comprehensive learning strategies on the part of the English learner.
