摘要
本文针对公交客车后轮胎螺栓在使用过程中发生断裂，导致后轮飞出的事故，通过对断裂螺栓的材质检验、螺栓受力及维修人员在装配过程中的工艺流程分析．结果表明螺栓断裂的主要原因是维修人员在轮胎安装时操作工艺不当所致，对此提出螺栓安装注意事项。
This paper make the tire bolt fracture caused the rear wheel flies out accident as the background, inspect the material of fractured bolt, analyze the bolt stress and maintenance program. Finally found the reason of bolt fracture is the improper tire installation technical of maintenance personnel Therefore, this paper puts forward some safety cautions for installation.
