摘要
稿源的多寡直接影响着学报的质量,师专学报应采取有效措施,控制好稿外流,吸纳外稿,主动组稿,发挥科研骨干作用,从而拓宽稿源,提高学报的整体质量。
The amount of the manuscripts determines the quality of journal directly. The journal of teachers college must take effective measures to prevent good manuscripts con-tributing outside, to absorb foreign manuscripts, to organize manuscripts actively, and to bring the backbones of scientific researches into play. Thus, the resources of manuscripts can be enlarged and the total quality of journal of teachers college can be improved.
