类风湿关节炎患者对氧磷酶-1活性变化与动脉粥样硬化形成 被引量:1

摘要 类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种主要累及周围对称性小关节为主的自身免疫性炎症疾病。近年来发现RA患者心血管疾病发病率明显高于普通人群,并能够缩短RA病人生存年限达5~10年。RA病人大部分心血管疾病均源于血管动脉粥样硬化。对氧磷酶-1是体内一种重要抗氧化剂,RA病人从氧化应激水平升高、造成其基因多态性、炎症反应等多个方面,降低对氧磷酶-1活性水平,从而促进RA患者动脉粥样硬化的形成,在本文中作者就相关内容进行探讨。
