2000-2010年巴克图口岸出境人员传染病监测报告

Communicable disease surveillance report of exit person during 2000-2010 in Baketu Port

目的了解巴克图口岸出境人员中乙型肝炎、梅毒及艾滋病的感染情况,为口岸传染病预防和监测提供科学依据。方法对巴克图口岸2000-2010年10年间出境人员部分传染病结果进行了整理和分析。结果共检查37742名出境人员,检出传染病及指标异常1588例,检出率4.2%。其中HBsAg阳性者1305例,梅毒阳性57例,HIV抗体阳性3例。结论通过了解传染病的感染现状,加强出境人员传染病监测工作,制定有效防治措施。

Objective To understand the hepatitis B,syphilis and HIV infection of the exit person in Baketu Port and provide a scientific basis for the infectious disease prevention and monitoring in the port.Methods The infectious disease results of the exit person in Baketu Port in the 10 years from 2000 to 2010 are collected an analyzed.Results The total number of exit person in Baketu Port is 37742,and the infectious diseases cases are 1588,of which 1305 cases are HBsAg positive,57 cases are syphilis,and HIV antibody are positive in 3 cases.The abnormal detection rate is 4.2%.Conclusion By understanding the current situation of the infectious diseases,infectious disease surveillance of the exit person should be strengthened and effective prevention measures should be taken.
