摘要
目的:了解《麻醉药品和精神药品管理条例》等新的法规实施以来,我院麻醉药品的使用状况,为临床用药与管理提供参考。方法:提取我院2006—2010年麻醉药品使用数据,计算药品用药频度(DDDs),分析比较各药物的使用情况。结果与结论:麻醉药品DDDs呈逐年上升趋势,品种和规格非常稳定,销售金额排序前3位的药品分别是枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、盐酸羟考酮控释片,药品使用基本合理。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the use of narcotic drugs in our hospital after the implementation of Management Regulation of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Drugs so as to provide references for clinical use and management of drugs.METHODS： The utilization data of narcotic drugs in our hospital during 2006-2010 were collected for computation of DDDs and comparison and analysis of the use of different drugs.RESULTS CONCLUSION： The DDDs of narcotic drugs increased year by year,yet the varieties and specifications of which were very stable.The top 3 drugs on the consumption list were Fentanyl Citrate Injection,Sufentanil Citrate Injection and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled Release Tablets.The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital was reasonable on the whole.
