2008年7月—2011年6月重庆市涪陵中心医院抗高血压药应用分析

Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs in Chongqing Fuling Central Hospital from July 2008 to June 2011

目的:分析我院抗高血压药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2008年7月—2011年6月抗高血压药的应用种类、销售金额(万元)、用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:我院抗高血压药应用种类相对稳定,抗高血压药销售金额占药品总销售金额的比例逐年上升,由2008年的1.32%(117.44/8 893.88)上升至2011年的1.62%(225.50/13 931.00)。结论:我院抗高血压药应用较合理,但仍需加强抗高血压药监管,规范临床应用。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs.METHODS： The antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital from July 2008 to June 2011 were analyzed statistically in respect of drug varieties,consumption sum（Million Yuan）,DDDs and defined daily cost（DDC）.RESULTS： The drug varieties of the antihypertensive drugs used in our hospital were relatively stable,yet the proportion of the consumption of the antihypertensive drugs in the total drug consumption sum increased year by year,up from 1.32%（117.44/8 893.88） in 2008 to 1.62%（225.50/13 931.00） in 2011.CONCLUSION： The use of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital was rational but further supervision is still needed to standardize the clinical use of antihypertensive drugs.
