摘要
目的:了解我院营养药的使用情况,以便更合理地使用该类药物。方法:对2008—2010年我院住院患者使用营养药的品种、用药总量、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)分别进行统计、排序和分析。结果:2008—2010年我院营养药用药金额均有增加,肠外营养药的使用高于肠内营养药。结论:部分营养药的使用剂量不尽合理,如何合理使用营养药需要进一步探讨。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of nutritional support drugs in our hospital in order to facilitate the rational use of nutritional support drugs.METHODS： The utilization of nutritional support drugs in our hospital during 2008-2010 period were analyzed in respect of drug variety,consumption quantity,consumption sum and DDDs.RESULTS： The consumption sum of nutritional support drugs increased in our hospital during 2008-2010 and the consumption of parenteral nutrient drugs was more than that of enteral nutrient drugs.CONCLUSION： The doses of some nutritional support drugs prescribed were somewhat irrational.Further study remains to be done regarding rational use of the nutritional support drugs.
