摘要
目的:为临床研究脑梗死患者药物治疗方案提供参考。方法:调查我院2007—2010年发生脑梗死患者住院病历,并统计分析其用药情况。结果:我院应用频率较高的有神经保护药、脱水药、抗血小板聚集药、改善脑血循环药以及血栓溶解药等。结果:我院脑梗死患者用药种类丰富,临床对药物的选择及合理性还需进一步研究以及观察。
OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for clinical study of therapeutic regimens for patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS： The medical records of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were investigated for statistical analysis of the drug use.RESULTS： Neuroprotective drugs,dehydration drugs,anti-platelet aggregation drugs,drugs for improving cerebral blood circulation and thromboclasis drug took were used more frequently than the others.CONCLUSIONS： There were a variety of drugs for cerebral infarction in our hospital,and it remains to be studied regarding the choice and rational use of the drugs for cerebral infarction.
